Edge Hill Tennis Club is located in the heart of Edge Hill, a short drive from Cairns city. The club has a strong family focus and excellent facilities, including change rooms, showers, a kiosk and comfortable clubhouse for players to unwind and catch-up with friends and fellow players. It has four synthetic grass courts which can be used for day and night tennis throughout the whole year. Baseline provides a range of programs tailored to all ages and abilities at the Edge Hill Tennis Club.

At Edge Hill Tennis Club, we deliver engaging Junior Programs aligned with Tennis Australia’s Hot Shots framework, catering to children of all ages from 3 years old and above. Classes are suited to ages and ability and use modified equipment, such as low-compression balls and smaller courts, enabling kids to learn new skills and progress their tennis through a fun, safe, and structured pathway designed to build confidence, coordination and core skills.
We also provide Challenger Programs at Edge Hill Tennis Club, which are designed to support advanced juniors aiming to elevate their competitive game. The Challenger Program focuses on tactical development, advanced technique and match strategy, offering a structured and supportive environment. In these sessions, players refine their skills, build mental toughness and prepare for higher-level competition.
Our Adult Programs at the Edge Hill Tennis Club have something for everyone. From Beginner Sessions and Cardio Tennis, people of all ages and skill levels are welcome to attend and participate in our programs which are designed to provide a fun and social environment for participants. This is the perfect way to stay active, improve tennis skills and connect with fellow players, all while enjoying a supportive and relaxed atmosphere.
