What an incredible few weeks of competition it has been for our Cairns Tennis Academy players! Our athletes have been travelling across Queensland representing Baseline Tennis with incredible pride, heart, and determination — and the results have been outstanding. We could not be prouder of every single player who stepped up and competed.
TOWNSVILLE — KALYNDA CHASE OPEN AGE TOURNAMENT
Eleven of our Cairns Tennis Academy players jumped on a bus with Coach Alwyn and headed to Townsville for four days of incredible tennis. The team bonding, the competition, and the growth shown across the trip was everything an Academy tour should be — and the results speak for themselves!
(And the most memorable moment of the trip? Coach Alwyn’s spectacular playlist and world-class singing voice that the kids had to bravely endure for the entire bus journey. They are stronger for it. Truly. 😂)
